Orientation Night Checklist 

• Are the following forms in Mrs. Dianna’s office?

• Form 3300 Hearing, Vision, and Dental Screening

• Immunization Record

• Birth Certificate and any other custody documentation

• (If you turned them in last year, you do not need to update them unless your child got new immunizations)

• Did you pick up a copy of the calendar and your child’s emergency page?

• Did you pick up your car tags?

• Have you proofread your child’s emergency page and emailed any updates to school@solafide.com?

• Have you given any medical updates (new devices, allergy information, etc.) to Mrs. Dianna?

• Have you completed your Tuition Agreeement on TADS?

• Have you shopped for school supplies?

• Do you know the rules for dropoff and pickup?

• Did you bookmark or subscribe to the school’s calendar?

• Did all interested adults receive a Remind text message yesterday?

• Do you know how GASSO works?

• Did you know you can get gently used school uniform pieces in the Great Hall for free or for a voluntary donation?

• Are you ready for Day 1 on Wednesday, August 5th?
