Field Day
Sola Field Day is our annual day of track and field activities with fellow Lutheran school Abiding Peace Academy from Greenville, South Carolina. This year, APA is hosting, and we will be driving to South Carolina for the event.
All K-8 students will participate, we will leave campus BEFORE 8:00am!!
In order to have a successful event, we need:
Lots of parents who are willing to drive students to Sola Fide.
Early arrival. Arriving between 7:40 and 7:50 is a MUST for kids riding in other vehicles
Lots of encouragement, as we push kids to try new things and test their athletic potential.
Great attitudes from kids during a long day.
RSVPs so that we can plan which kids are going in which cars.
A late pickup. We’ll probably return to SFA around 5:30pm that evening.
This tradtion goes back quite a few years. Lots of families are familiar with this event, but if it is new to you, please reach out to Mr. Schmiege with your questions.
