Welcome Ms. Dianna!

Students and parents, when you get to school in the new year, you’ll see that Mrs. Dianna Rott (pronounced like wrote) has been hired to work in Sola Fide’s administrative office. Ms. Dianna loves kids and can’t wait to meet everyone! She is a Sola Fide church member who only recently moved to Gwinnett County from the other side of Atlanta. Please stop in, say hi, and welcome her to our campus!

 Omicron Notes

The early information on the Omicron variant of COVID is that it spreads quickly, but causes less intense symptoms than the wild type or other variants. This development in the pandemic could certainly lead to a broad variety of outcomes in the future. With that in mind, please take these ideas into consideration.

  • Sick students should stay home from school.

  • There are some medically sensitive lungs in our school who need your concern and love.

  • We will make careful decisions that enable in-person learning for as many healthy students as possible.

  • If your child’s classroom does not have a mask requirement, please pack a clean mask in your child’s backpack in case of an exposure at school.

  • Please be patient with your teachers. At any given time, they may be doing extra pre-planning or make-up work with a student who needs to quarantine.

  • This pandemic has been chaotic and unpredictable. There are many things beyond our control. Nothing is beyond God’s control.

Important Dates

  • January 5 - School resumes!

  • January 17 - No School - MLK Day

  • February 17-21 - No School - Extended President’s Day Weekend
